Hey hey! I’m Morgan—esthetician, entrepreneur, boy mom, audiophile, and your go-to big sis in the skincare game.

Let me back it up and tell you how this all started. I didn’t get into skincare because it was a “passion” from day one. Nope—this path found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I was a single mom just trying to survive, provide, and make something shake. What began as a job to keep my head above water quickly turned into a calling. The moment I saw how skincare could literally transform someone’s confidence—game over. I fell in love. With the science, the rituals, the people.
 

Fast forward to now, I run The Skin Squad, my skincare studio in South Florida where we specialize in treating acne, hyperpigmentation, and sensitive skin—especially for women and men of color. My approach is rooted in education and results, and my goal is always to help you feel more in control of your skin. I don’t just sell services—I build programs and solutions. Real ones.
 

I created TheSkinflu3ncer.blog because I wanted to finally share the whole story—beyond the treatment room. This blog is where skincare meets real life. You’ll find my curated Spotify playlists (yes, the vibes in my studio are always intentional), product reviews, skin tips, and my take on everything from motherhood to music to pop culture. I believe your skin journey is personal, and your skincare space should reflect that too.

• I’m a full-blooded Gemini (so yes, I’m always 10 tabs open in my head).

• I used to work in music and real estate before I found my way to esthetics.

• I’m obsessed with good sound, good energy, and good skincare routines.

• I don’t gatekeep—whether it’s a serum that saved my face or a brunch spot in Tampa.
